TURNOUT
All board fenced paddocks
Turnout alone or in the company of one paddock mate

HOUSING
Newly constructed 10 stall barn
12’ x 12’ matted stalls
16’ breezeway
Hot and Cold Washrack
Bedding provided – pine shavings
Water buckets dumped daily
Stalls picked daily and stripped weekly
FEEDING
Horses will be fed, hayed and watered AM and PM
We feed Legends Performance and Triple Crown Senior for the older steeds, with a mixture of Beet Pulp and soaked Alfalfa Cubes. We feed the highest quality Coastal Bermuda hay trucked in from The Dollar Brothers Farm, Inc. in DublinGeorgia
SERVICES PROVIDED
Horses dewormed every three months on rotation. We handle the deworming, but the cost of the dewormer will be charged to the owner.
Supplements will be fed at owners request if provided by owner.
Regularly scheduled farrier and veterinarian.
Horses are blanketed in the winter (blankets to be provided by owners)
Documentation of current vaccinations and current Negative Coggins will be required before any horses will be allowed on the premises.
Full board is $450 month.
**Boarders who take at least 4 lessons a month get a $50 discount for each month at a rate of $400 plus the lessons.
**Discounts also available for multiple horses
